Jacobisms

Jacob likes to speak in his own special way. He’s added words and phrases to our vocabulary and, just maybe, to yours as well. This is an on-going partial list of these words and phrases.

  1. How you post it? This is a question you ask to a friend, meaning “how are you?”. However, it’s meant in the context of sticky notes (hence, post it). So, if you are doing well you say pretty sticky or just sticky. If you are doing really well, you’re sticky all over and if thinks aren’t so good, that’s not sticky.
  2. F’real Others say For real to confirm the validity of a statement but Jacob has condensed it to a syllable.
